【Product End-of-Life Announcement】
The RTM/ OEE Pro services will be discontinued starting from June 30, 2026, at 23:59 (GMT+8), and will no longer be available for purchase, subscription, or updates.
The IoTSuite/ OEE Pro products will serve as the subsequent edge data collection and cloud-edge collaboration solutions, expected to launch in January 2026.
- Existing OEE Pro users on the WISE-PaaS public cloud SA site will continue to subscribe and receive the same level of technical support. Advantech reserves the right to terminate this service.
- Existing RTM/ OEE Pro customers using private deployments will receive the same level of technical support during the SLA period.
